By enrolling in any YAD Tactical Academy course, you agree to follow all safety rules and instructor guidance. Students must be legally eligible to participate in firearms training in their state.

Course fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled class. Rescheduling is available with adequate notice. YAD Tactical Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates safety protocols.
