Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in any YAD Tactical Academy course, you agree to follow all safety rules and instructor guidance. Students must be legally eligible to participate in firearms training in their state.
Course fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled class. Rescheduling is available with adequate notice. YAD Tactical Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates safety protocols.
All course materials, curricula, and content are the intellectual property of YAD Tactical Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

YAD Tactical Academy respects your privacy. We collect personal information only as necessary to provide our services, process enrollments, and communicate with students.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to process your enrollment and certification.

SMS Terms and Privacy
Terms of Service
By opting in to SMS messages from YAD Tactical Academy, you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your account.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
